All members of Diamond Lake Yacht Club.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Annual Meeting
of the members of the Diamond Lake Yacht Club will be held on the
7th day of September, 2009, at 10:00 am
at the Clubhouse on Diamond Lake, Cassopolis, Michigan,
for the purpose of transacting the following business.

• Election of members of the Board of Governors.
• The membership will elect five persons to serve as members of the Board of Governors for three year terms of office beginning on Labor Day, 2009 and ending on Labor Day 2012.
• Transaction of Other Business. The membership will transact such other business as may come before the meetin
